    Positions we are currently hiring for:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - Part time position in North London

    This position reports to the Manager of Business Development and is responsible for positive customer relations, handling inquiries, and maintaining up to date records while promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

    • Build and maintain information in spreadsheets for service contracts and renewals
    • Process customer warranty requests through the computer system
    • Respond to customers via telephone or email in a timely and courteous manner
    • Deliver high level of customer service as part of a team
    • Demonstrate a positive, friendly and helpful attitude
      The ideal candidate will have:
    • Post-secondary education in Business program or Office Administration
    • Experience in a customer service role and office administration
    • Computer experience with ability to enter data quickly and accurately
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access and Outlook)
    • Customer service focused with the ability to analyze and resolve problems
    • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and effective listening skills
    • Superior organizational skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours within normal business hours
