Please note that not all items are in stock and you can contact us to find out the exact stock status before you place your order. If you have placed your order, we will contact you to let you know the estimated delivery date. If the product is in stock, we will email you an invoice or shipping notice confirming that the item has shipped and is enroute to you. In-stock orders (excluding scheduled delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our website, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

Advertisements on our web site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the website and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send an invoice or shipping notice email to your email address. That invoice or shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with AGiiLE Inc.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by calling 1-519-488-4807. However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective. 

We rely on the information you provide through the website, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.

Returns and Exchanges

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY:

  • Any return must be within 30 days of product shipment
  • A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns
  • The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • The RMA number must be visible on all returns. Do not write on the original product box
  • All returns are subject to a restock fee
  • The return of printheads, barcode media (labels, tags, and ribbons), software or service contracts are not accepted
  • Product that is discontinued or obsolete from the supplier does not qualify for return
  • Product that is used does not qualify for a return
  • Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind, includes writing, stamps or shipping labels.
  • All products must be double boxed
  • Original manufacturer’s packaging, both inside and outside must be unused
  • Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. just as the customer received them
  • Products that show signs of use are not returnable as DOA
  • Product will be returned to the customer under the following circumstances:
    • Product is returned missing any components sent with the original order
    • Condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented
    • Product is damaged in any way
    • Missing or invalid/expired RMA number
    • If a product returned as DOA and is tested as full functioning product

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Misshipments must be claimed within 15 days of invoice date
  • Customer is ultimately responsible for the condition of the returned items
  • Customer is responsible for cost incurred due to misrepresentation of the condition of product
  • Customer is responsible for freight when returning products
  • When returning items, please ensure to follow all shipping guidelines established by freight carriers and other outside agencies that regulate the movement of certain types of goods including, but not limited to, lithium batteries
